Market Place Rules & Guidelines

*** These rules and guidelines can be changed at anytime. We are not responsible for transactions. We are only a mean to get your product out for people to see. ***

Please take a few moments to look over this small list of rules/guidelines. Please, for the sake of all the members read and follow these simple rules/guidelines.
If these rules aren't met, your threads/posts will be locked and/or deleted.

1. Please make an attempt to introduce yourself before posting a FS or WTB add. Posts will be modified/locked/deleted if an introduction has not been posted.

2. Do not hot link to ebay, craigslist, etc., for threads or pictures. If you don't have pictures, don't post. Don't make a thread saying "I'll have pictures soon" or "email for pics" because these will be deleted.

3. ADD FS: or WTB: in your title. Please try to give a good description of what you are wanting or selling in your title. Follow up with a very specific explanation of what you want in your post and try to use good pictures.(www.photobucket.com , www.imageshack.com , etc.)
3.a If selling wheels have the make/model/size/offset/p.c.d in the title. (example: Gramlights 57pro's 17x9 +15 5x114.3)
3.b If selling car, put year/make/model/trim in the title. (example: 1993 Nissan 240SX SE)
3.c In threads, note any damage and document with clear pictures if at all possible.
3.d If selling parts that are compatible with multiple cars, please make sure to specify the other vehicles.
4. No price police.

5. No thread jacking. If you thread jack your post will be deleted.

6. No idle conversation. If you want to say something good about the seller on high dollar items (car's, motorswaps, wheels) thats fine.

7. Please don't bump your post every other day. If excessive bumping occurs, threads will be locked.

8. All commercial or group buy posts must be cleared by one of our 2 admin's.

9. Any and all sales are assumed "as is" with no warranty unless specified by the seller.

10. You MUST post an asking price on all for sale ads. All posts without an asking price will be deleted.

We would appreciate it if you would take the time to edit your posts when item is pending or sold.
Please keep good communication when working deals. It makes things easier. It only takes a couple seconds to send a private message or reply to a post.
Finally, take care of other members by spotting cheats/thieves/liars/etc. If you believe someone is a scammer, please send a PM to any of the staff so we can keep an eye on it and help as soon as possible. Filthy Habitz is not responsible for any transactions. We are just a medium to which buyers and sellers alike can get together. If you get jacked, please attempt to work things out, but let one of the Filthy Habitz staff know what is going on and if/when the issue is resolved. Again, we are not responsible, but we would like to try to make this forum as safe as we can for our members.
